Pronounced So-Nay-Ees
A space for attuning the nervous system and etheric body through sound
— your sanctuary to rest, reset, and return to presence
☾ The Practitioner ☽
Daisy is a sound artist, experimental musician, and certified sound therapist.
She creates spaces where vibration becomes medicine and listening becomes a doorway to presence. Combining creativity, intuition, and nervous system science, she facilitates the body and mind back into balance, alignment, and embodied clarity.
Daisy Wells (Sonaïs) is a sound therapist, educator, sonic artist, and experimental musician. She built Sonaïs as a vessel for her therapeutic practice, to spread her passion for sonics and share her offerings; in sonic meditations, deep listening workshops, ambient rituals and 1:1 bio-energetic healing sessions.“Awareness is listening and the uncovered is an echo chamber.”
☾ Sound becomes sanctuary—a space to soften, listen, and return to yourself ☽Sound healing is a non-invasive practice that uses vibration to bring the body, mind, and energy systems back into balance. Using instruments such as tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, and voice, specific frequencies are delivered to the body to support relaxation, clarity, and alignment. How It Works
Nervous System Regulation — Sound directly stimulates the vagus nerve, shifting the body from stress (fight-or-flight) into the parasympathetic “rest-and-restore” state.Brainwave Entrainment — Rhythmic frequencies guide the brain into calmer states, such as alpha and theta, which support deep relaxation, focus, and creativity.Cellular & Energetic Resonance — *Because the body is over 70% water, vibrations move efficiently through tissues, organs, and fluids, influencing physical, emotional, and energetic systems. The Experience
During a session, you simply lie down, listen, and receive. The vibrations move through your body, gently releasing tension and creating space for the nervous system to reset. Many people describe feeling calm, grounded, and more present, often noticing benefits long after the session ends.

I offer individual and group sound healing experiences designed to restore nervous system balance, support emotional regulation, and align the body’s energy systems. Each session uses vibration as a therapeutic tool, helping the body and mind shift from stress into relaxation.1:1 Bioenergetic Sound Healing (60 or 90 min)A personalized session integrating tuning forks, singing bowls, and hands-on energy work. Sound vibrations stimulate the vagus nerve, entrain brainwaves, and move through the body’s watery tissues, helping your nervous system reset.
Benefits:Calms stress and anxietySupports emotional and energetic balanceEnhances clarity and focus
Collaborations & Special ProjectsI design custom sonic experiences for workshops, installations, and multi-sensory events. By integrating sound’s vibrational properties, these projects create spaces where participants can feel resonance, restoration, and connection.
Group Sonic Rituals & Sound JourneysImmersive, ceremonial sound experiences blending acoustic and electronic textures. Participants are guided through shared vibrations that entrain brainwaves, support collective nervous system regulation, and encourage a sense of grounding and presence.
Ideal for: community gatherings, retreats, or intimate groups

☾ THE PRACTITIONER ☽I’m Daisy — a sound artist, experimental musician, workshop facilitator, educator and certified sound therapy practitioner. I create spaces where vibration becomes medicine, and listening becomes a doorway to presence. My work blends creativity, intuition, and science, guiding the body and mind back into balance and coherence. My JourneyAs an artist, I’ve always explored vibration as a language of being — noticing how tones, rhythms, and harmonics can shift perception, mood, and attention. When I discovered sound healing, that same curiosity deepened into a living practice of restoration. I learned that sound doesn’t just move through space — it moves through us, aligning nervous system, energy, and emotion. When I began to integrate sound healing into my daily life, I started to experience how it could regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore coherence in the body. What began as personal exploration became a practice of healing. Through sound, I found a pathway to inner stability and clarity — and now I hold that space for others, guiding them to reconnect with their own nervous system and energy field.Through this work, I discovered how music and vibration can reconnect us with our own bodies, calm the mind, and awaken presence. What began as an exploration of sound as art became a practice of embodied listening, guided resonance, and transformation. Now I hold space for others to experience the same return to self, blending scientific understanding, intuitive guidance, and the artistry of sound.Training & Credentials☾ Certified Sound Healing Practitioner (200‑hr intensive, ISTA/IPHM accredited)☾ Bioenergetic sound therapy & hands-on energy modalities☾ Studies in Polyvagal Theory, trauma-informed practice, and child development☾ Extensive experience leading workshops for children, youth, and adults in experimental sound and vibrational educationMy Approach
Each session combines therapeutic sound, energy awareness, and nervous system science, held in a safe, trauma-informed environment. The goal is not just relaxation — it’s a gentle orchestration of the body, mind, and spirit, supporting resilience, presence, and lasting alignment.

✺ From Sound as Art to Sound as Healing ✺For years, I searched for ways to feel more balanced and connected. As a sound artist and experimental musician, I had always turned to sound as a creative outlet and a way to ground myself. But when I first encountered sound healing, something shifted.
The vibrations didn’t just quiet my mind—they spoke directly to my body and nervous system, showing me a depth of peace and safety I hadn’t experienced before. Over time, I discovered how sound could gently regulate the nervous system, release tension, and open a pathway back to wholeness. What began as an artistic exploration became a personal practice of healing. Today, I weave my background in sound, music, and deep listening into my therapeutic work, creating spaces where others can rest, reconnect, and restore through vibration.
✺ Why This Work Matters to MeBecause I know what it's like to suffer in silence. To feel broken. To wonder if you'll ever feel normal again.
And I know the profound relief of finally finding something that works—not just intellectually, but in your whole body, mind and spirit.
That's why I do this work. Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from a place of deep compassion for anyone who's struggling. I've been there. I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help and try something new.

The Primo Vascular System (PVS), first observed in the 1960s and later confirmed by researchers in Korea, is considered a hidden body-wide network that integrates the cardiovascular, nervous, immune, and hormonal systems. Many scientists believe it provides a physical basis for the meridian system described in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Unlike blood vessels or nerves, the PVS is made of tiny, tubular structures containing DNA-rich fluid and collagen, which may act as a channel for biophotons—subtle light signals used by cells to communicate and regulate healing. Because of this, the PVS is thought to carry life energy (Qi, Chi, Prana) throughout the body, helping coordinate balance, regeneration, and wellbeing. In the context of sound healing, this research offers a scientific bridge to what ancient traditions have long understood: that our bodies are deeply responsive to vibration. If the PVS transmits light and electromagnetic signals, it may also resonate with sound frequencies, helping explain why practices like deep listening, tuning forks, and sound baths can restore harmony within the body.Sound becomes not only something we hear, but a way to communicate with the body’s deepest regulatory systems—supporting healing, alignment, and connection to the self.
Whether you’re interested in 1:1 sessions, group rituals, or collaboration, I’d love to hear from you.
